What is Reflow (content redistribution)?
Reflow refers to the ability of a web page to redistribute its content to remain readable when the user zooms up to 400% without generating a horizontal scrollbar. WCAG criterion 1.4.10 requires that content remains accessible at a width of 320 CSS pixels. This adaptation is crucial for low-vision users who greatly enlarge text in order to read it.
