Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: March 2026
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of WCAG accessibility audit reports generated by the Scrutia service, published by Synapsea, SIRET 850 097 452 00013, 100 Rue du Landy, 93210 La Plaine Saint-Denis, France.
Article 2 — Service
Scrutia offers:
- Free audit: WCAG compliance score, theme summary, and the 3 most critical non-conformities.
- Multi-page audit — 10 pages (149\u20ac incl. tax): analysis of 10 key pages of your site against 106 RGAA criteria, PDF report including detailed explanation of each non-conformity, code fixes, executive summary and prioritization guide.
The audit is an automated pre-audit. It does not constitute an official WCAG compliance audit performed by a human expert. The displayed compliance rates are indicative.
Article 3 — Price and payment
The multi-page audit (10 pages) is priced at 149\u20ac incl. tax per audit. Payment is made online by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. Payment is due immediately upon order.
Article 4 — Delivery
The PDF report is delivered by email to the address provided during the order, within a maximum of 24 hours after payment (in practice, a few minutes). A download link valid for 7 days is included in the email.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium the execution of which has begun with the consumer's agreement.
By initiating payment, you agree that the report will be generated and delivered immediately, and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
If the report could not be generated (technical error, inaccessible site), a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Article 6 — Liability
Scrutia provides an automated analysis service. The results are provided for informational purposes and cannot engage the liability of Scrutia in case of inaccuracy. The reports do not substitute for the opinion of an accessibility expert.
Article 7 — Intellectual property
The generated audit reports are the property of the client. The client is free to use, share and reproduce them. The Scrutia software and its methodology remain the property of Scrutia.
Article 8 — Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Article 9 — Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The client may use the consumer mediator. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of Scrutia's registered office.
