What is Conformance (accessibility)?

Accessibility conformance refers to meeting all criteria of a standard like WCAG or RGAA for a representative sample of pages. A site is considered fully conformant when 100% of applicable criteria are met, and partially conformant above 50%. The accessibility statement, mandatory for public sites, must mention the conformance rate, the audit date, and any derogations.
