What is Non-conformity?

A non-conformity is a failure identified during an accessibility audit, corresponding to a breach of a criterion in the applicable standard (WCAG or RGAA). Each non-conformity is characterized by its location on the page, the criterion violated, and its impact level on users. Blocking non-conformities prevent access to content or functionality and must be fixed as a priority.
